Thank You signs - COMPLETE!

So, it took a little longer than anticipated, but I finished my "thank you" signs tonight. I'm hoping to have the photog take a pic of us with our signs and use them as our "thank you" cards. Take a peek:




Post-pic, I trimmed down the sign about 1"-1.5" on each side. I had printed the text onto cardstock and cut them out with an exacto-knife. I centered and traced the text (pre-cut) onto the foamboard, then glued the cut text on.

PS - doesn't FI look SO thrilled?!

Those came out great!! And FI looks as thrilled as my FI would if I had him do that.. Lol

Thanks I'm pretty happy about them. I caught FI as he was just coming home from being out with the guys, and he was obviously confused. My mental pic of these is a really cute pic of us holding them while leaning over giving a kiss while holding the signs (I saw that on a greeting card once and thought it was just the cutest!). We'll see.

So cute! I've been thinking about doing this and your idea is great! I'll make a stencil! And yes, your FI's face is priceless but I probably would not be able to get mine to take a picture like that at all! haha
