Need recommendations for alterations

Hi all!

I live on the MA/CT border and I need some recommendations for an alterationist for my dress. I bought it up in NH but it made no sense to be traveling 2 hours everytime I needed a fitting.
Any suggestions would be great!!

    You didn't specify whether you are on the eastern or western side, but in case you are on the west and near Route 8, Ida's Bridal on Main Street in Torrington is great.  She does all the work herself, and she's very willing to do alterations on gowns purchased elsewhere.
