That's very cute!  I do hope your 'expectations' insert just was a cute way of saying, "Be my friend!" because that's all that really should be 'expected' of bridesmaids.  I mean, it's nice if they choose to throw showers & attend the bachelorette, but it's not "required".  Not trying to be snotty - I just hate being asked to be a bridesmaid as it's often a double edged sword.  Sure, I'm honored my friend thought of me, but I usually raise an eyebrow when the first thing is telling me that I need to plan and pay for a bachelorette party, buy a dress, and attend numerous pre-wedding festivities that will inevitably cost me an arm and a leg!
