Teeth Whitening

Is anyone thinking about or going to be getting their teeth whitened for their wedding?  If so what product are you using or are you getting it professionally done?

Honestly the crest whitening strips work GREAT!   If you can commit 30 min 2 times a day they really do make a difference.  My dentist even recommended them.  HTH

I used Crest years ago (for prom!) and they worked wonderfully... but do they still hurt?

My dentist recommends Crest. They do have the strips for sensitive teeth.

They didnt bother my teeth.  I still use them all the time just to freshen.  But I know they can cause some sensitivity.

I got Zoom whitening from my dentist - loved it!  It included the take-home whitening kit that I'll be using as much as I safely can right before the wedding haha

<div>Nope!  I had no sensitivity whatsoever!  About a week before, my dentist gave me some fluoride to brush with after brushing my teeth (like before bed) because if your teeth are porous/prone to sensitivity the fluoride will help seal them right up.  It was super easy, and if anything, I feel as though my teeth might be LESS sensitive, thanks to the fluoride.</div>

Yes Crest White strips work great and they've kept my teeth white for years (I'm not a big coffee/soda drinker though)..and they even have strips that you only have to wear for 30 minutes ONCE a day too!
