Best photographers and Videographers

I finally booked my venue.. Dolce, Norwalk... anyone having their wedding there??  Anyway, I need to book my photographer and videographer soon.. any recommendations?? I need some who speaks English and Spanish because some of my family are coming from Colombia.

Yes, that is where we are getting married too! We're using BSC Photo. They have a very photojournalistic/non-posy style of photography, if that is what you want.

As for videographers, I'm still looking. Recently received a sample DVD from CTweddingmovies.com and we're considering them.

I just did my vendor reviews and discussed my photographer who is Spanish speaking. She's in Stratford. Here's what I wrote:

Fabuluxe Photos (Claudia) – A+

We have not received our pictures back yet, but our engagement pictures were amazing. She is responsive and very creative. She is young and trend setting. She kept me calm during a small “bridezilla” moment as well (late groomsmen to pic session).  Her husband is her assistant photographer, which I think makes the experience better as they understand each other as well. She is willing to lie on the ground to get the right shot. She was there during every step but almost in the background and unnoticed. She is amazing and I truly believe will surpass a number of the top photographers in CT shortly. Also good to note is that she speaks Spanish as well which was helpful since my husband’s side of the family is from Peru. (fabuluxephotos.com and .net (blog) Her price included E-pic session (or boudoir or trash the dress) and disc, all re-touching, wedding day 8 hours, including getting ready photos, 2^nd photographer with groom all day as well, photo booth backdrop with photographer, and wedding disc with pictures. $3100. She does amazing photo albums and things as well, but we decided to wait until we get back pics to make decisions

dolce norwalk is great, and hazel is phenominal.  i am using www.beginwithagrin.com who has been very accommodating considering my "date" kept changing.

We are working with Catherine Fiehn in out of Milford, I know she has on her bio she has taught in South America so I'm guessing she must.

MWITTER: Fabuluxe Photos is my top choice but I haven't meet with her.  My best friend attended to a wedding she shot last year and I heard she is amazing but with your review...I feel so much better. Thank you.  I am meeting with her end of Jan.
