I went to Mariella's today with my mom & sister (MOH) and found my dress!! I've looked at a few other smaller places with no luck (including the Attic, which is a great place), so I decided I needed to try a place like Mariella's, where they have a nice big selection. My consultant, Sonya, was great--so friendly and helpful. She kept my budget in mind, and we found some gorgeous dresses within my range (I liked every single one I tried actually, but finally narrowed it down to two. The other one was the style I thought I was looking for--I really liked it, but something about it just wasn't cutting it. Then I tried on mine again, and we all agreed--that was the dress
It's not exactly what I thought I wanted, but it has beautiful detail, and felt special (and unique). I think I'm almost in shock a little, haha! I just can't believe I actually found a dress--and paid for it in full today--after looking at so many online and at other places. Yayy!! I'm excited, but I'm already second guessing myself--I didn't take any pics of myself in it, so I'm hoping when it comes in and I see it again, I'll fall in love with it all over again.
