Autumn Chicken in June?

We had our tasting tonight and by far one of the best tasting chicken dishes that we had.  Autumn Chicken is on a bed of butternut squash & dried cranberries with pomegranate molasses demiglace.  Its delicious no doubt but would it be odd to serve an autumn like dish in the middle of summer?

    I would say go for it and it's up to you how you want to describe it on the Response Card.  You wouldn't have to use the name "Autumn Chicken."  And if it's that good... I don't think anyone would mind haha.
