Where to go in August? Puerto Vallarta?

Hi everyone,

So I have been searching the forum all over the place and my fiance and I are trying to decide on a place for our honeymoon.  We are getting married this August.

We have been thinking the Dreams Resort in Puerto Vallarta because it is on the Pacific side I would assume it is safer hurricane wise.  Any suggestions on other places to go that would be safe for August?  We don't want to go to Hawaii because of the cost.

Yeah the humidity is a concern too!  The hurricane season is around June-October I believe...August/September being the peak of it. 

We are reconsidering Hawaii now.  It is a fun problem to have, looking into all these beautiful locations.  I can't wait!!

Thanks for the input. We may not go to Puerto Vallarta after all..
