Aruba Honeymoon

Has anyone been to Aruba? If so, any suggestions or thoughts?

I have!  Aruba is amazing!  The beaches are beautiful, weather is perfect, people are so friendly, and the restaurants are fabulous!

I agree with the pp on everything. Aruba is fantastic! The weather is always beautiful (not in the hurricane zone as well), beaches are amazing, and it's also safe to go about and explore on your own. When I was there with some familhy we rented a jeep for the day and drove all over the island, it was really great!

I highly recommend it!

I loved Aruba. Honestly, I personally would not recommend an AI resort there. The restaurants throughout Aruba are too good to miss out on. I stayed at the Marriott and loved it. I have a friend who stayed at the Westin and also loved it.

i have been . wasn't crazy about it. and it has been hit by hurricanes in the past. i much preferred it's sister island of curacao. it's larger, not nearly as touristy, tons to do, exponentially better snorkeling and super easy to get around.

Agree 100% about not staying at an AI in Aruba because of the incredible restaurants.

Aruba is great! I've been there a few times.  The Marriott, Westin and Radisson are all nice.  I agree not to go AI because there are so many fantastic resturants.
