NCL Western Caribbean feedback

After hours of research, I think we've narrowed down our HM options to a Norwegian Cruise in the Western Caribbean. Has anyone been on a WC cruise with NCL? We're looking for feedback on quality of services, price, convenience, extra fees, etc.

    We were on the Jewel to the WC in Janaury.  We stopped at Roatan, Belieze & Costa Maya.  We missed the private island b/c the weather was bad.

    We love NCL & got engaged on the Gem.  The Jewel is nice & the staff is a lot of fun.  The weather ruined our trip but even if it had been nice, those venues just weren't my cup of tea.
