Shower will be October 3rd.  Wedding will be November 7thWhat was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower?  Not sure yet since it hasn't happened yet!   I don't know much about it, but I was told that it'll be a brunch with tons of yummy breakfast food!

It was almost 2 months before the wedding.What was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower? My favorite thing? All of the little details Angela and my mom added for me. They know I love pricey lipgloss, so they made a "Lipgloss and Memories" theme where everybody brought a lipgloss for me and a photo of them and me. All of the guests showed up an hour early and they created a scrapbook for me. It was so sweet! My mom even called Leslie and Studio Cara and found out which lipglosses she used on me for my trial. I received both of those lipglosses at the shower so I could use them for touch-ups at the wedding! Honestly,  my shower was one of the best days of my life.Least favorite thing? Honestly, just dealing with my biitch bridesmaid who decided to text me 30 mins before the shower to tell me she wasnt coming because she and her boyfriend were fighting. So I actually had no "least favorite" things about my actual shower!

We are having it at the Cottage at Lake LilyWhen did you have your shower (in relationship to your wedding)? We are having it 2 weeks before the wedding. I was going to have it sooner but my sister would not have been able to make it.What was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower? It is a hat party!! I have waited my whole life to have a reason to have a hat party!!

Who is throwing/threw your shower? CFL BM, SIL, with help from my mom, and FMIL.... Where did you have it? FMIL's house When did you have your shower (in relationship to your wedding)? its Aug 30, wedding is Nov 7. There might also be a co-ed shower here in SFL in Sept or Oct hosted by FSIL BM and the best man's wife. What was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower? I don't know yet, we'll find out! Although I'm not looking forward to being the center of attention, it makes me nervous.

It was a very fun shower! We played lots of fun games & the girls made a scrapbook for me - had all the guests take pictures with me & then they designed their own pages. It was really cute! My least favorite thing is that I am no longer friends with that ex-BM, so I don't have wonderful memories from it anymore.

Who is throwing/threw your shower? My mom, aunt and MOH Where did you have it? Carrabba's restaurant When did you have your shower (in relationship to your wedding)? Shower was June 6; wedding is September 5 (lots of OOT guests, easier for them to attend a summer shower) What was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower? Favorite: my FMIL's speech before I opened her gift. Mom introduced her as my FMIL, but FMIL said she wants to be called "Marme" instead (as in Little Women). It was cute Least favorite: I found out later that one of my aunts went off about smokers for some reason, in front of my FMIL and FSIL (who both smoke). They handled it graciously (and I'm not even sure they smoked at all during the shower), but I was totally embarrassed that my aunt did that.

Who is throwing/threw your shower?  We had two.  The first was thrown by two of my aunts in Tennessee.  The second was a couple's shower hosted by my in-laws in Florida.Where did you have it?  Tennessee shower took place at one of my aunt's homes and the couple's shower took place at my in-law's home.When did you have your shower (in relationship to your wedding)?  Tennessee shower was really early, like 5 months (to give everyone a chance to fly up there for the long weekend) and the Florida shower was about 2 months before.What was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower?  I loved how the first shower was a very traditional southern shower (just women, tea sandwiches, etc.).  My girlfriends all flew up and it gave us a chance to catch up.  The couple's shower was a huge party.  It was "Mexican & Margarita" themed.  Most of our friends came over and made a weekend out of it (it was by the beach).

Who is throwing/threw your shower? My Aunt and cousins (1 cousin is a BM)Where did you have it? it will be at Orange Lake ResortWhen did you have your shower (in relationship to your wedding)? About 6 weeks before the wedding What was your favorite & least favorite thing about your shower? it hasn't happened yet and its all a surprise- which I am so happy about! I have a feeling they will get me my favorite dessert, chocolate covered canolli's so I think that will be my favorite part lol.
