It's Tasty Too

Hey all, so I have my appt with Heather this Saturday.  I've read some previous posts about and saw that she will collect the deposit the same day.  So I'm farely certain I'm going to hire her on the spot.  So my question is, how much of a deposit should I be prepared for? TIA!!!

and the tasting is basically a trial. it doesn't mean you are certain you will be booking her. so whenever you do decide to book her, that's when the deposit is due. of course, she won't reserve your date without a deposit. but that is your prerogative. i believe from the time we had our tasting to when we actually booked her & sent in the deposit was abt a month or 6 wks. this was probably 8 mos before our wedding date.
