My first step to dress alterations!!! PIP

I'm really excited that I decided to be brave and convert my dress into tea length:) I had my first major alteration done (by Jeanine the seamstress- thanks to gorjush for the recommendation in a thread) and took a couple of photos today. If interested please check my bio under Bride's Attire. Happy weekend!

So glad to see another bride using Jeanine! I used her and I LOVED her! She does amazing work!! I love your dress and I think it is going to turn out amazing! BTW the rest of your attire rocks, too and I love your inspiration!

Awww thanks! Everyone on here has given me such great ideas. I really wouldn't have made a planning website or anything but it has really helped organize myself and it has been great to share with my mom long distance.

so glad you were happy with the results! :-) and the dress looks awesome, i see what you mean about the original styling not being "you"- i was skeptical at first abt shortening it but it truly suits you.

Awww thanks! I was looking for tea length dresses initially but just loved the style of the dress I chose. I am so happy to make it a hybrid dress to suit me. And thanks to both of you for recommending Jeanine!
