Have you bought from them?? How long does it take to have something processed and then shipped? I am trying to determine when to order the matchbooks. TIA!

    I ordered a couple things from them.  I don't remember specifics but it seemed to show up pretty quickly.  I ordered early so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I only had one problem where I received an empty box with a packing list of stuff I was supposed to receive. They sent out everything pretty quickly after that with no hassle.

    I've placed 2 different orders with the knot shop and I want to say it took less than 2 weeks to get both orders in. We ordered our matchbooks months ago...I can't resist sales

    I have also ordered through the knot shop and was quite pleased. I ordered personalized items [totes & bracelets] which took about 10 business days as they had to be monogrammed. Their customer service is superb :)
