I'm so disappointed... I picked up my shoes today that got dyed to match my dress. I got home, tried them on, and pranced around in them for like maybe 10 minutes. I realized how freakin uncomfortable they were once they were on for a bit. My toes felt so squished and sore! Why didn't I notice this in the store??? So I'm wondering if they will refund me? $85 is a lot to just waste. Have any on you returned shoes that have been dyed?

Most of the time you can't returned dyed shoes as far as I know because they're considered a custom order, but you'd have to check with the store to know for sure

If you like how they look maybe you can wear them for just the ceremony or a photo shoot so not all is lost on them.

I don't think places take shoes back once they are dyed.  Def try wearing them in.  Wear them randomly around your house.

Agree with PPs. The best thing to do, if you really decided against the shoes, is post an ad on Trash to Treasure/Craigslist/Ebay so at least you recoup some of the costs.What about getting gel inserts to see if that help absorbs any of the discomfort?

are the shoes leather-lined? if so, your cobbler can help stretch them out possibly.
