It is sewn on and I wanted straps and they are going to make them to match the detail across the waist. SO EXCITED!

I tried on the same dress and absolutely LOVED it. Unfortunately it is over my budget and I had to put it back. Enjoy it for the both of us. I know it made me feel like a million bucks
