Grand Palladium Riviera May

Hi everyone! Has anyone been to the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya? We have been considering this resort and it looks beautiful! We checked reviews on Trip Adivisor and they for the most part seem great! Just lookig to see if there are any reviews from "real" people out there  Thanks in advance!

dh and i are staying at the royal suites section of the palladiums for new years week this year. we chose that part because its the private adults only section, own pool, own restaurant, full run of the other 4 resorts attached but ours is just for the royal guests. from what i've read on trip advisor it's excellent. it was also given the 2012 tripadvisor award. not sure about the grand section though.

I can't speak for the Riveria Maya location, but I've been to the Grand Palladium in Jamaica and it was wonderful. I've heard great things about their Mexico locations too. I believe that brand of hotels overall is supposed to be very nice.
