Honeymoon

We live in California and are planning our honeymoon for 1st week of January 2011.  Does anyone know of locations that have warm weather in tropical destinations during January?

PP is correct since it's their "summer" that time of year since they're in the southern hemisphere, but it's also their rainy season in Fiji during that time. We went there in June/July and the weather was perfect not too hot, but warm enough for the beach and the pool.

Mexico and the Caribbean are always warm enough throughout the year for a tropical HM. DH and I went to Cancun in January a few years ago and the weather was perfect. Low 80's and sunny the whole time.

I think you would really enjoy Secrets Capri for your honeymoon. Secrets Capri is a fabulous adult’s only all-inclusive that sits on a great beach. The resort is extremely intimate with just under 300 rooms and offers the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. You and your future hubby can spend your time lounging on the beach or take part in a number of different activities. I do have to say that the snorkeling at Secrets Capri is amazing since the world’s second largest barrier reef is located right off shore.
