Bahamas or Bermuda cruise- which to pick?

So we can get a 7 day cruise to Bahamas for a few hundred dollars cheaper taking NCL or we can pay a bit more for a 5 day cruise Bermuda on RC. I have been researching for the past 2 days nonstop and cannot figure out what to do. Bahamas is a great deal but I keep reading reviews about how beautiful Bermuda is. Help!

I assume you are comparing cruises that leave out of NYC.

The NCL itinerary is boring to me but you will have more ports than the RCL trip to Bermuda.  Which of the ports look more interesting to you?  Pick that cruise b/c the lines are comparable.

I would rather do a Bermuda cruise, but would do the longer and cheaper one in a heartbeat if it was a decision between the two. You're getting more bang for your buck and your vacation will be longer.

i worked on ships and did both cruises.  burmuda is amazing and you can see more of the island because you stay longer. hands down burmuda would be my reccomendation.

I have been on both the NCL Bermuda and NCL Bahamas cruises.  The Bahamas cruise has more stops so there is more running around.  I wasn't too crazy about the Nassau stop, but I loved Paradise Island since we spent the day at Atlantis, which was beautiful!  I loved Bermuda  bc it was docked there for 3 days and it was more relaxed and I felt less on a schedule.  Plus the beaches in Bermuda were amazing!

Definitely Bermuda, more to do, just gorgeous, great people!  But only May- August, otherwise you cant swim in the water, its too cold.  Bahamas is a place where you go and stay on a resort and relax, and that is good for the winter months.
