Road to Hana

I really dont have time to research and book these.
Yes I bought the "Revealed" books, no I dont have time to read them.
I dont really want to book in advance--I'm going on my honeymoon to relax, not to be on a strict schedule--and I dont know what days I'll feel like doing what, and how will the weather be, etc. Some people take it to the extreme (IMHO) and prebook restaurant reservations. That just seems crazy to me! So my question is, will I be totally screwed if I dont pre-book all of these excursions and wait until we are there? (Granted-we'll be driving the Road to Hana, so that doesn't count)
