Honeymoon to Aruba booked...now?s

Ok I have been to Aruba before and I fell in love with it.  I know it isn't for some but it is perfect for what I like.  Now I am trying to narrow down the restaurants and to do's.  I have plenty of ideas for upscale eating but now we are looking for some lower budget eating options.  Also, anyone have suggestions for tour companies as there are so many options.  We definitely want to go horseback riding and do a jeep tour but not sure who to use.   Please help.

  • What part of aruba are you staying at?
  • We are staying along Palm Beach.

  • Casual Restaurants:
    Casa Tua Pizza
    Smokey Joe's
There's a great dutch pancake house near the Renaissance Hotel in town

I'm not sure the last time you went, but there are a lot of casual restaurants across from the hotels now.
  • Just wondering what hotel you booked? Fi & I will be booking our honeymoon soon, and we're not quite decided on the hotel. thanks
  • We decided that we would stay at a simpler hotel in order to save money as we are on a budget.  Because of it, we are able to stay longer.  We chose the Holiday Inn Sunspree.  I have stayed there before and it was nice.  We made sure to book in the main tower which is much nicer than the Curacau tower.  The room was 126 a night so can't beat it.  The hotel is also near many restaurants.  If you want somewhere more secluded with less kids.....I have heard great things about the Bucuti.
