so, FI and I were in the mall looking for baby things. His sister had her baby yesterday (a month early! everyone is doing great) and he wanted to get the baby a teddy bear :-)
He dragged me into a jewelry store to window shop wedding rings. He is buying mine and I am buying his and we agreed to keep them a secret for the next 290 days until we say I do :-) I showed him a few rings I liked and then got distracted and started looking at other things in the store. The next thing I knew, he was hanging over his credit card and had a ring box in his hand. I have no idea which ring he bought and I like the suspense.
The jeweler talked him into buying it today because the price of gold is going up, i guess? What do you guys think? Have any of you bought your rings yet? hate shopping at mall jewelers because they are so damned pushy! Its one less thing to worry about checking off a list and now I know he at least has gotten my ring, but I am just worried that it is really soon.
