I am getting married in an outdoor ceremony in October. We are having a sunset ceremony with a dinner reception. I know that this would usually be a formal ceremony; however, that really isn't our style. So, we are doing a casual/formal ceremony meaning that for us, anything essentially goes.
I will have hardly any family attending the wedding. However, my fiancee has enough coming for both of us. To even things out, I do not want to do the traditional bride/groom sides. My FI's mother thinks we should have ushers seat people. However, I don't think so. I have seen it done both ways. What do you ladies think?
