Parties by Pat vs. Eggwhites Catering?

Hi girls!  Has anyone heard anything about these two caterers or been to any weddings where either of them catered?  We're trying to decide between one of them and it's really hard because both are really good!  We did a tasting with both and liked the food from both caterers.  Was curious if anyone has had any experience with either of them.

    I have heard good things about Parties by Pat, but never heard of Eggwhites Catering.

    Parties by Pat can definitely work with your menu to help get exactly what you want. Overall, they're very good, just when you're doing a tasting, make sure the food's not too salty... it could have just been the type of food I had them make for me, but it was a tad bit on the salty side.  Chez Gourmet is great, too!
