Your signature NYC girl from Miami

I know most of you ladies have been to NY. So, from a non-NYCer's point of view...where should I have my NYC engagement session?  Photographer asked me to pick a place. No Times Square : )   I'm giving my Miami wedding an NYCish feel as well

    How about central park or somewhere around soho! Soho still looks like NYC but its not as hustle-bustle as the time square area! im sure you could also get creative and do some in china town! just make sure there are no hanging ducks in the background! hth!

    I am planning to have mine in two locations -- Central Park and then head over to the meat packing district for the city feel shots.  HTH.

    little west ave ...... love meatpacking! also love the little park in Gramercy. So many places! I also would take some pics in union sq by the subways... great area!!

    Is there a LOVE Sign in NYC? I know there is one in Philly!Def like the meatpacking district and the parks!!Maybe down in the village and LES areas...So many great spots!We wish we were doing ours down there. We could re-create the first day we met and go to all the spots we went to that day... that would be so incredible!

    It's so funny u posted this, I'm having minE in oct, and we are going to the flats in central park, Brooklyn bridge, water taxi beach in Astoria ( it has an amazing NYC skyline backdrop) and hudson st in the meat packing.

    danielle - its the sfl board... im sure at least 85% of us are from NY or have roots in NY. lmao and yes, send me the pic! ive been searching high and low for a photog.... no luck. they are either really expensive or really cheesy. boo to long island photogs!

    Citytoshore - See, you're NYC girl... I'm NYC girl from MIAMI b/c I'm born and raised in Miami...newcomer to NYC...but going back to my roots to get married in Miami. So, it's different   :)   All of my family and friends are in MiamiYou're raised in NYC, no?

    ohhh, when i take them i am putting them up EVERYWHERE. i am even going 80's style and getting a t-shirt with my picture on it and wearing it around.tess - ygm! sorry, DH came home for lunch and i was saying goodbye. :)
