So my friend just got engaged and she isnt a big "cake" fanatic. But I make this amazing dulce de leche mousse that she loves, its one of the only sweets she likes. Since she is spanish and her FI is Italian, this is what I came up with....Cream cake layered with dulce the leche mousse and cannoli cream, but instead of adding the chocolate chips to the cannoli cream, and covering the cake with white chocolate shavings. Is that too much? lolll
