NWR: Knottie who needed legal advice re: non consensual recording

HI there, I could not remember who it was but I saw this today and it was the case we were talking about in me office the day you had the recording issue. You can check out the whole article at: http://www.miamiherald.com/news/southflorida/story/1192147.html It's a crazy case, but the main part in regards to recording without consent it stated: Taping someone without their consent is generally a third-degree felony in Florida. Hope that may be on help!
