This dress has a stick/chiffon/accordion neckline. I'd like a full sweetheart on this one. Doable? I don't know anything about sewing.  Can you show the seamstress you'll use and ask what their thoughts are??

I'm still trying to decide on a dress and the neckline will make or break my decision, know what I mean?I'd have to purchase the dress and take it to the seamstress in order to find out, no?

The second dress is not a sweetheart, just has scalloped edges. Are you looking for a true sweetheart? It doesn't hurt to ask the seamstress what she thinks. But she might need to see the dress and the material in order to do it. It might sit too low on your chest already and not look right.

I remember a girl on here a few months ago saying she made her strapless to a sweetheart - I would bring the dress to a good seamstress... I'm sure it can be done :)

I would start by showing the seamstress a picture of it and a picture of the neckline you like and see what she says.

Aww... both are very pretty dresses. I am clueless about how easy it is to make that first one into a SW neckline but I'd imagine it depends on the fabric, if there is a built in corset / bra, if there is boning etc...
