So the contact at my venue was not returning my calls or emails and we had another payment due coming up. Finally, we receive a call back letting us know that our coordinator, Vickie, was no longer with the property. Melissa, the catering and sales manager called to introduce herself and asked us to come by so she could meet us. We met last night to review our contract and Melissa gave me the most wonderful surprise.......she switched us to the Great Room!!! Previously, we were booked in a much smaller, bland room that resembled a board room. (Vickie never even let us see the larger room) Melissa told us she did not have any other conflicts on our day and promptly switched us. Then she took us to see the room and I had to hold back tears because it is soooooo stunning!!! I was jumping up and down and shrieking! (she probably thinks I'm nuts) This is a completely unexpected surprise and I am the happiest little bride-to-be right now! Thanks for letting me share!

endo, uterine fibroids and septum, and ovarian cyst all removed
