***UPS783 & Vigi76***

Hey!  Thanks for all the helpful info on your tastings...we didn't choose the Hearts of Palm as one of our selections, but I might see if we can switch. How many people did you bring to the tasting?  Did they have a maximum number of pple allowed?  Vigi, Dhru's a vegetarian too...as is a good 25% of our guests, so we plan on having two main entrees to choose from, one being a customized vegetarian one.  I've heard rave reviews about the vegetarian wellington, so can't wait to try it!Thanks again.

The vegetarian wellington was delicious... even (meat loving) FI  liked it!  As to how many people can go, I thought it was four but when I got there the table was set up for 6 and Ivette said I could have told others to come.  You should talk to her (or your coordinator at the hotel) and let her know who you want to go with you, I am sure they will accommodate you =)  As to the salads, I was intrigued about the new one (I think it is called toy box?) but I forgot to request it.  I was having a great time trying everything and talking and forgot I wanted to try it.  I really liked the hearts of palm so it was not a big deal.GL making your decision and let us know how it goes! =)

Hi Tina,I had 7 people at the tasting, including my planner. I had pescetarians, no vegetarians, so instead of the duo plate they had double salmon. Funny story...Eddie and I have a friend who only eats burgers (literally, that's all he eats), so they made him a special plate with burgers and fries, while everyone else had filet mignon...lol. He felt pretty special :).

That is really funny about the burgers.  I have two vegan guests and they are making a special plate for them as well (the pastry of the wellington has butter so a vegan can't have it).
