    yeh girl!!!! isn't it hard?? It's only 25 minutes and it's not even THAT fast paced, but it's defintely killer. good job!!! in other news, my fat arse has not done the DVD in 5 days. awesome.

    Hi girls. I have a question. I have it on demand but there a phase 1 25 minute video and a phase 2 25 minute video. How many are there on the dvd?

    i gained 6 pounds in key west i dont want to hear it!!!!!!!!!! LOL my dress better fit. but it will. when i get movitated NOTHING can stop me. i have parties every weekend until the wedding and i WILL not eat sweets. TEST ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( this is me talkign to myself can u tell LOL )
