Hi!  I hope you did well on your exam.So the list I gave you helped some?  I did add china mostly because our registry was so small (our home is fully furnished), I wanted guests to have a little more options when buying a gift.  I did find a pattern I loved, but if we don't get it, I won't miss it.

Good luck on your exam! That must be a relief and now you can focus on wedding planning :)I actually didn't register for china. We have a great set of white, square dishes, plates, coffe cups, etc. and I don't need, want or have space for anything else. Plus, I'm incredibly clumsy and would break it all I'm sure.

At first we didnt, but then I changed my mind and we went to Maycs and registered for one. The one we picked is $100 per place setting (which was on the lower end, considering there were some that were $200 per setting).  Even if we only get a couple of place settings we decided that we will go back and buy the remaining ones since we love this pattern so much and we plan to use them as our everyday plates.

Yea I don't have china on mine. If you have a lot of other things you need I would take it off. It's more important to have the everyday stuff you need.

i was overwhelmed too, lol. i actually don't know how everything fits in a normal house like all the kitchen stuff. I did register for fine china but i'm not really expecting to get it. i still gave  my guests tons of options, so it's not like they would feel pressured to buy the fine china anyway.

Yay! So fun!!!I did "everyday china" b/c I don't see us using fancy/ formal china much at all.

good luck with that test!!! as for the registry, i will say my friend's mom is an old school wedding ettiquette-aholic and she poo-poo'd me once for buying a QUOTE "shower gift" as a QUOTE "wedding gift"... i know this sounds insane but apparently some older ultra-traditional people find it odd to buy you a (For example) george-forman for the wedding and would just feel more comfortable with buying you china (a more traditional wedding gift). So maybe keep it on there and if no one buys it, then no harm no foul! PS: i hope this made sense, i too am studying and im running on coffee, creepy protein bars, and a few hours of sleep! Good luck!
