When to do tastings?

Since I'm OOT, when should I schedule a tasting?I will likely only be in town twice before my wedding, in December and February.Wedding is April 10th

I had mine in July - my wedding is in April - but like you, I'm an OOT bride and wanted to make sure it got done

I say Dec or Feb will be great!!

I'm doing mine over Thanksgiving break and my wedding is December 20th.

The closer you have it to the wedding, the more likely you will have the same chef and preparation staff. I would try and hold off as long as possible (it is hard I know). At the very least 2 months prior.

Either one. I would say maybe Feb if it's early FEb. if it's late Feb, maybe go with Dec. but either way works.

I think Feb is totally fine to do yours - we have ours next month for our feb wedding
