send off

When do you usually do this? FI and I will probably end up still partying afterwards with friends and stuff so when is appropriate to do the send off?Catholic brides-does your church allow you do something afterwards? Are you going too? If so what?Thanks

FI & I are also having an afterparty after the reception, however, the send - off will be at the end of the reception, with all of our guests.
