Need recs for a groom's cake baker, please!

My FSIL wants to get a cake that looks like the Star Trek Enterprise for my brother who used to be a big Trekkie. The wedding is in Coral Gables- can anyone recommend a good groom's cake baker in this area? Thank you!!

    we are using susies sweets - she is all the way in tamarac but her cakes are delish and she is very talented with custom / groom cakes.

    The Pastry Parlor in Lantana Florida, near Boyton Beach he is awesome and does great work! He is doing our wedding cake and grooms cake! I have also used him recently for my future step-daughters birthday cake, which also turned out so special everyone loved it!
