WHO NEEDS TO BE TIPPED?

Everyone I ask about tipping gives me a different answer.  I am quite confused about who should be tipped and approximately how much.  Our venue includes a gratuity in our bill and I know that will cover everyone there.  But what about:
Florist?
Photographer?
DJ?
Videographer?
Officiant?
I know we need to tip hair and make-up people but not sure about all of the above.  Most, if not all of them own their business.  Any advice would be much appreciated!

    how it works is:

If they OWN the company they don't get tipped...because they get 100% of your payment.

If they are a part of a company, you tip them.

Happy this question was asked. Good to know.  I would have thought about this later on down the line.

Danzig: that's for a full wedding planner. I forgot to put the doc seperate. That's only like $50-$100 for a doc. Plus that's why it says up to. That means anywhere from $1-$500.

What if they own the company but have an assistant? Like, my photographer comes with an assistant. The photog owns the company, obviously the assistant doesn't. Would I tip the assistant and not the photographer?? I don't want the photographer to be offended...
