Hallelujah my Invites are done! PIP...and other checks...

I was on a knot hiatus last week and finally focused on my invites to get them done! THANKFULLY FI actually helped. I know, it sounds crazy that a) he helped with a craft project and b) I allowed him to help with a craft project when he is sloppy and I'm a perfectionist..... but I broke down into tears and was desperate and felt like I would never finish the darn things! So I gave him an easy but super time-consuming task: apply little double-sided tape tabs to 824 peices of paper (yes I counted lol - they are 3-layered cards - 65 invites and 188 insert cards for RSVP, guest info, RD and Sunday brunch!!)

Friday night we were up until almost 4am working on them because I was determined to get them done. So half went out on Saturday and the other half were dropped off this morning.

I'm so freakin happy with the end result ... and even happier that they are out of my house! CHECK!!!

On a side note, we've also:

Ordered our Chaivari chairs from Brelex;

Table linens from Over The Top;

I scheduled an appt with Reina this Saturday to look at my dress and quote on the alterations;

Booked a makeup trial with Claudia;

AND we decided on our menu for the cocktail hour and reception so we have a tasting next week!!!!

Feels good to finally be getting things done - thanks for letting me share!

Oh you have no idea... I was so excited when they were done... although yesterday and today I've kind of felt like I have nothing to do now lolol

I love them Ana!!! That is such a pretty color. I wish mine were going to be that fancy. But in the end I just do not have the energy to do something like that. Congrats on such a great check!!!
