To go over budget...or not?

I think I've found a really good DOC, but she is over my budget (buy $300).  There are some other DOCs that I've spoken to that charge much less, but don't have the experience I'm looking for.  What would you do?

I agree, I would do it if I didn't mind skimping on something else.

I'd probably do it. But, like the other girls mentioned, I'd be sure to cut back a bit in other places.

I'd do it ... FI is about to kill me for it .. but keep saying things like " ehhh what's an extra $300 in the grand scheme of this whole wedding?!"

I would go for it too.  Like the girls said, try to cut back in other areas... but if you can't, just try to cut back on other things, like going out to dinner or buying a coffee.  You would be surprised how quickly that type of stuff would add up to $300.
