Blurb...HELP pls!!

I am trying for the 10th time to try to do my guest book thru blurb. But I always get stuck...

What size?
Which Starter Layoutdid you use?
How did you get the lines for people to sign?

OK I used the guest book layout. On the top left there is a drop down bar that says Layouts...pick the lined ones for the pages for people to write their names. If you need more help, email your phone number and I can walk you thru it! Let me know! I know how confusing it can be!
