We got married at the Old Davie School Historical Museum, it was amazing!!

    My dad made it actually. I was going to keep it and try to give it to someone who wanted it, but someone threw it into the dumpster while I was on my honeymoon. He just went to home depot, bought some wood, I picked out a stain and he put it together. Then I went to Joanns Fabrics and bought the white fabric. I still have a ton of that left. No idea how much, but I've got a big roll.

    awesome - we're DIY our own chuppah too. we just stained the wood this weekend :) what kind of fabric did you use?

    Im not really sure. lol. Its white, and sort of wrinkley looking. Very light and.. flowy. It was on sale, so I went for it :)

    Awesome! I just checked out the Old Davie School this past Saturday and absolutely fell in love with it. We are signing our contract with them today, I am so happy with our decision. If you don't mind sharing, what vendors are you using? I haven't started anything yet - I'll be getting married there April next year.
