Small flower dilemma/ how to tie things together...PIP

So, I found these 4" frosted white vases that I love and will be asking my future florist to recreate something like this... I will use them on my tables for 2 or 4 i.e. smaller tables and on the cake table etc. I plan on purchasing 12.

The problem is, FI and I also like this look, but with 2 mango calla lillies and tall block vases. We would one of these per rectangular or round table i.e. the bigger tables.

My question is, how can I tie in the small frosted vases with the tall clear vases? Can I put frosted votive holders (like these) around the tall vases? Or leave it alone and have mismatched vases?

Thank you!!! You're the best ;)

Honestly, I think simple is always better. I don't think it's a big deal, nor that anyone will really notice or care if you have the tall clear vases on the longer tables, and the frosted vases on the smaller tables.

I think it would look nice if you did the tall clear vase with the frosted votives. It will give it a little something different. This way they will be similar in shape but have a different texture. Which I think would look very nice. When ever you go to a store grab a clear vase and some smaller frosted vases put them together and see what it looks like. HTH!

I should also mention that the restaurant comes with one fuel candle per table about this size that I can always use next to the tall centerpieces. I had planned to avoid using the small votives...

I don't think one candle would be enough. So I'd def. add some more candles. See if they can supply you with one more of those candles for each table. If so you could have those candles on the side of the big vase and 2 of the frosted vases on the other side. So big clear vase in middle then candle then frosted vase then candle and then frosted vase.

I would leave it alone!  If you want candles, I would add more of the clear ones like the restaurant provides.  The glow of the white candle inside the clear candleholder will look great besides both the frosted white vase and the clear vase. HTH!

I think the floral color will tie everything together on it's own. I suggest no frosted candles with the tall clear vases. :) Goodluck!

p.s. love the mango lillies :)
