For those of you who want to know about the wedding FI and I "crashed" this weekend here it is. We had an appointment to meet our officiant at the Weston Fort Lauderdale on AIA. The hotel doesnt look like much on the outside but the inside was nice. The couple was supposed to get married on the roof top terrace type deal but it was crazy windy and about to rain. Our Officiant called us and told us to meet him inside at such and such a place. We get there and the poor couples ceremony was moved inside the hotel, to a HALLWAY!!!! ok so it was like a big hallway but there were elevators on one side (hotel guests who were especially rude were walking through the ceremony to the elevators!!!!) Not only that, right next to the ceremony in the same big hallway was a Herbalife convention! My FI and I turn the corner looking for a lobby and literally walked right into the wedding! in our jeans!!! (and me with a drink in my hand!!!!!!) I turned to high tail it out of there just in time to sidestep and let the poor bride be walked by her dad by us and the herbalife convention on the way to her alter...... if I was her I would have cried! I hope her reception was beautiful!!!!
