Ok so let me preface this by saying I was in full freakout mode when my coordinator at the W told me I needed to give her a final headcount for meal selections AFTER my invitations were delivered. I did not include this information on my rsvps and it was too late to go back to my invitation vendor to ask to reprint them all.
I am sending my invites out this monday.
I was going to just call all our guests but FI was really against that.
SOOOOO I ordered cards (direction and menu) from an etsy seller who was great. She printed (in the exact font as our invites) 120 of each 3x5 cards in ivory cardstock. I got them on Monday and they were so horribly the wrong color I went into a tailspin. They were really the color of a manila folder and our invites are much lighter.
So I remembered there was a stationary store on Palm Beach where I work. I went in just to see if they could help me and my prayers were answered. They had cardstock that matched our invites perfectly and even though the font wasn't EXACT, it is so close no one will notice. They print and cut in house so I got 120 of each 3x5 yesterday, just in time! Prices are very reasonable and no shipping (duh!). They are called Stationers on Sunrise and the girls name is Liz Quinn. I am definitely going to use her for our programs, menus, escort cards, OOT letters and any other paper needs we have. Liz is so sweet, she is knowledgeable, and the store is packed from top to bottom with lovely paper.
