So FI & are debating this idea. So, both his parents & my parents wanted some manner of slide show of our childhood photos, and i totally hate that idea, but i had come up with an alternate. Which was to do a photo guest book that was a "then & now" sort of thing, where there would be those childhood pics of us, and then on the opposite side a picture of us now (together). That way parents are appeased, & guest book is more interesting. I think it was a good plan...
Though carrying out that task is a bit more difficult. After several months i finally got my mom to send me pics of myself as a child (FI is a little easier, his parents are local and have his pics organized), and i have no clue what age i am in many of them when i was younger (the 4-9yrs really look all the same, i was a very small child). And then in my teenage years i was clueless about hair & makeup, and have giant glasses, plus really REALLY frizzy hair. After venting this to fiance he stated that perhaps this photo guest book isnt worth it. I dont know, i think i can pic & choose some good pics, but then in my tiny years, I will look so much younger than him....
