I am having my engagement pictures soon. Does anyone know of any beautiful places to get them done at? In miami-dade or broward??

Miami Beach Botanical Gardens (South Beach)
Matheson Hammocks Park
There is also a pretty carousel (if you are into that at Bayside Marketplace)

I'm taking mine at CB Smith Park in Oct.  It doesn't have any kind of "WOW" factor, but it's close to home, lol!

how about your first date location or somewhere special/significant to you.

lots of people go to the wynwood walls for the graffiti art or south point park in south beach. ive also seen a lot of chic hotels (epic, viceory, etc...)

I was thinking of the biltmore hotel but I loveee vizcaya.:D

I took my Quince pictures @ the Biltmore Hotel and I loved the end result!
So many beautiful indoor and outdoor options.

You can also go to the Coral Gables Entrance.
Downtown skyline in the background.

Where did you meet? Where do you like to hang out?
Local coffee shop? Park? Movie theatre? Restautant?

We had ours at a park in Davie with lots of hills. Loved how our pictures came out!

What type of location are you looking for? Are you having a themed engagement shoot?

we had our first date ate aventura mall so I don't think I would there. I just found out my fiance best friend had his taking at vizcaya so he told me its rude to get ours take there...is that true?:

Does your FI's best friend share a lot of the same friends with you and your FI? If not i see no reason why you cant! Even still i think you can do what you want, to some of your friends it may seem a little strange though.

No, I don't think it would be rude. I mean...so many people use Vizcaya for photo shoots so I don't know how would someone to have hard feelings about it. Just a little FYI, Vizcaya does charge a fee to do a photo shoot.

I don't see anything wrong with you taking your pictures at Vizcaya, even if his friend took his e-picts there too. Like, so what?!? What, is he going to tell you guys not to get married the same year as he too (I know, it's an EXTREME example, but he needs to get a life). 

Miami is your oyster, you have so many great spots to choose from. I've seen a lot of sessions where the couple went back to their first date, or something sentimental to them. And I think that would be really special, if one of the places you chose meant something special.

That is what I told him soo many people get it done there. I told him we will do it on another sade they didn't do their pictures.

Country Club Prado in Coral Gables is a really nice place too!  But I say that if you want to do them at Vizcaya, then do them there...who cares what anyone else thinks?  Make yourself happy.  :-)
