STD & Invite addressing help!!

FI's best friend is married to a doctor.  How would that be worded?? Mr. & Dr. Smith?  Mr. & Mrs?  Dr. & Mr?  I know the typical wording it the doctor is the male, but what about when it's the female?

Address correspondence to a married doctor who shares her husband's last name in one of two ways: Dr. Andrea Jones and Mr. William Jones; Dr. Andrea and Mr. William Jones. If both names do not fit on one line of the address, indent the second line and begin with "and". The person with a professional title is always listed first.

Thanks, that's what I thought but the Dr. disagreed with me. :)

It can also be Dr. and Mr. John Doe.  This is how my mail always comes and how I addressed my invites for my fellow female Drs.

Personally I wouldn't include the DR. I would just do it the normal way, but that's my personal choice =)

That's kinda what the bride insinuated... I want to respect her degree since she's newly graduated, but she's also newlywed as well... She's in the bridal party, is it cheesy to just ask her which way she prefers it?
