whats for dinner? / so impressed with FI

I could eat Chicken Kitchen on a daily basis ... particularly the Mexican Chop Chop with Chiptole sauce. So it figures that the CK by my house closes up shop.... I was very depressed last week lol. But FI came to the rescue and bought all the ingredients and even found a recipe for a Chipotle sauce that is practically identical to CK's!!! I was sooo exicted and it was delicious!!!! I had a happy belly tonight! lol

Whats everyone else having/had for dinner?

FI grilled burgers with blue cheese mixed in (we were going to have them last night but were too full from Super Bowl treats), and we also had sauteed mushrooms and steamed broccli.

And now he is making a chipotle honey marinade for grilled chicken tomorrow night.

I got him a grill two Christmases ago... ladies, if you don't want to have to cook all the time, this is the BEST gift ever.
