I used Provocateur by Carmen.  Had a body wrap (didn't think it did anything).  Bought 2 "outfits"  at VS.  Picked out a couple pairs of shoes to bring along.  Did my hair and makeup in the morning.  Showed up.  Your photographer should tell you exactly what to do.  It was very easy in my opinion.  If you don't know what to wear, your photog can help with that too.

I am also using Carmen and said I was going to go to the gym the month before but yea that hasn't happened. I bought a few things also from VS. I am having a makeup trial the morning before so I will havemy makeup done.

I told myself that I would start working out when I got engaged... more than a year later, I have only been on a treadmill about 5 times.  I've actually lost a few pounds since I took the pictures.  Don't worry if you don't feel perfect, your photographer should be able to help you out with editing and certain poses.  Mine kept moving me around so there weren't any super unattractive angles.  Thank goodness!

I used Image 1st when they had a groupon.  They do something on one of those websites at least once a month, and the price is soooo inexpensive!  I bought the package that included makeup/hair, and bought a few things at the VS semi-annual sale, lowered my carbs the week of, and just drank lots of water that week.  I loveeee mine!
