So we never wanted to do a registry bc we have all the essentials (weve been living together since we got engaged & bc majority of fam/friends give cash) but a lot of my coworkers who couldnt make it kept asking. So we figured if they so desperately want to get us a gift...why not!!! haha, jk

Its soo much fun getting all these great things we'd NEVER buy ourselves!!!
I cant wait to use our new Kitchenaid mixer and the ice cream attatchment after the wedding (um because im not baking yummy treats before so i can pack on the pounds ive worked so hard to loose!!!)

WHat cool items have you registered for, and any married knotties, anything specific you wish you registered for???

FI and I are getting ready to go on a Registry marathon today and at least get our registries started at William Sonoma, Macys and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

I told him we can each pick one thing we want, no questions asked... so I am going to register for a Margaritaville margarita maker.

This was my husbands FAVORITE PART...he got to walk around Bed Bath and Beyond and MACY's with a gun and just ZAP random things!

Note to you ladies...DO NOT leave him to go to the bathroom, or you will soon realize when you get home (since you will ALL STALK your registry!) that while you were in the ladies room, he registered for 5 pieces of sexy lingerie, edible panties and some KY Kelly! oh and at Bed Bath...he registered for gum, swedish fish and some random things under $5.00 by the register!! NOT KIDDING! hehe
I thought it was hysterical that he did that, but then I had to delete them...didn't want my FAMILY to see that! haha

I loved registering!!! I was going through some difficult time with an ex BM and FBIL and his fam and I needed some exit. The registry was a perfect way to escape. It took my mind off the bad things and I got excited about all the things we will be getting. We don't live together, I didn't want to make the move til then. I was excited about everything we got, but mostly all my bakingware and my round season shakers.

Cabinets!  we went a non-traditional way and I am so glad to see that even already, we have some funds toward this.  Our house is a total gut job- so while I would LOVE a mixer (and I might still add that ) - I really want counters and cabinets.  We registered for "wishes" as one of our registries (www.uponourstar.com)- so far it is nice since we don't need a lot of traditional stuff.
