Magical Plan-It Events did not show up for our wedding on 12/8/12 but they still took our money!!!!
From one bride to another, please do not use this company. Magical Plan-It Events did NOT show up for our wedding. We hired them to do the lighting at our destination wedding in FL. They said we needed to pay them before the day of the event and we were hesitant, but we didn't want to lose their business so we paid. On the day of the ceremony they called the reception location 2 hours after their contracted arrival time and said they were not going to make it. We are still fighting to get our money back and I will never be able to replace that memory of my wedding planner telling me " they did not show up". On top of not showing up for the wedding, they were awful in regards to communication throughout the entire process. I went months trying to get a hold of them. After researching this company, I learned we are not the first, or second wedding that they did not show up for. I am very upset with the excuses and I really hope this review helps save other brides from making this choice!
